Drybranch Smokehouse honours the legacy of our founder, with twenty years experience of curing, smoking and getting the best out of meat. We've always aimed for zero.

Zero added salt, Zero preservatives, Zero highly processed ingredients and the warmth, care and attention a well trained pitmaster. Our policy is no shortcuts on the goodness and purity of fresh, good smelling meat, the slow smoking, fashioned off hand written years old recipes, and meat hung, dried and cured in small batches just like how your grandparents did it.

In the end, it's all for better food and we're deeply committed to extending the lives of pets everywhere through small batch country made product that ships straight from our smokehouse to you, our customer.
